BenchMark Physical Therapy in Rock Hill, SC (Newport) is a great group of people to work with. They all work together as a team. Everyone was very nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. The staff is very professional and attentive, from the receptionist to the most experienced therapist. They keep their schedules on time so patients do not have to wait. The office is easy to get to with plenty of parking. Patients have found relief from pain and feel so much better after treatment. The therapists are personable, patient, and thorough. The team provides amazing service and exercises to continue at home. Patients highly recommend BenchMark Newport for physical therapy.
My initial visit was a very positive experience. Jamie Brown was very professional and friendly and set me at ease. She evaluated my current mobility and identified goals with realistic expectations. She is very gentle while also applying the right pressure to stretch my joint and muscles. The facility is clean, pleasant and well equipped. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming and made checkin a breeze.
this is a great group of people to work with. They all work together as a team. they really helped me with my shoulder pain. They keep their schedules on time so you don't have to wait beyond your apt time.Their office is easy to get to and plenty of parking.I would use them again when I need physical therapy.
2nd set of sessions with this great group. 1st with right shoulder. Just finished left knee. In both case Jamie and the PT team were phenomenal. Personable, patient with all my “whys”, and professional. As a two timer I highly recommend them
