It was great. Everyone was so nice and very helpful telling me every thing they were doing. They all explained the treatment plan for me so i am aware of what is going to happen and when it is scheduled to happen. I don't have insurance but they were great in setting me up on a savings plan and getting the financing i needed to have the work done. I would highly recommend them

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I only disliked when another associate came in to talk about personal things while I was being helped. I felt she should have waited till there was not a patient being assisted before coming to talk to her friend. The person helping me still took care of me and seemed to give short answers maybe to discourage the other person from talking at that time. I just thought was unprofessional.

I had my very first new patient appointment today at Aspen at Rock hill and I would say it went super smooth and pleasant. At the beginning I was very anxious but the staff from the front desk to the clinical staff.The assistant Nehal, Dr. Perdue, the hygienist Kiara every person I interacted were awesome…they were friendly and welcoming and made me comfortable with the full exam. I am really looking forward with the future appointments and get back on track with my oral health.
