Randall and Brayden were very thorough and courteous with such a noisy/messy operation. Especially since it was raining out all afternoon. Duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning took about 1-1/2 hours and seemed to be successful. Thanks.

After almost an hour after arrival, they finally found the water. This information should be available to all you technicians and would advise you to have this for your techs. They finished in around 20 minutes and did a good job.
