My first time using this shop was an amazing both my children were very pleased with the service that was given. My youngest asked her if she could do Butterfly locs, she replied yes. On Saturday, 10/21/23, she preformed the service, from 6am-11:15am. My daughter left the shop very pleased. 5 hours after, the hair was coming unraveled, and a braid was coming undone. Contacted her, she fixed it. On today, Monday 10/23/23, two braids have come completely unraveled at her nape. Contacted her, she now wants to say, it’s my daughter’s fault and charge her an additional $40. This is whole unacceptable to charge someone $200 for a halfway job.
