Shane is absolutely wonderful! From my very first visit, he made me feel comfortable and well-informed. He took some of the most thorough X-rays I’ve ever had and carefully explained everything they showed in a way that was easy to understand. He was extremely detailed in reviewing his findings, explaining what he saw, and answering all of my questions.
My first adjustment was a great experience as well. Even after just one visit, I already feel better and noticeably more aligned. I’m very impressed with the level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail he provides.

Came to Core Wellness for lower back pain. After my first two sessions (adjustment and spinal decompression), I have slept better and been able to complete daily functions I’ve struggled with the last two months including a return to strength training.
