Coastal Neurology PA is an excellent neurology practice with knowledgeable and thorough doctors. The doctors, including Dr. Mazzeo and Dr. Bettle, are described as pleasant, patient, and extremely thorough diagnostic clinicians who spend a lot of time with each patient. They are very current on neurologic literature. Patients report correct diagnosis and stellar treatment after years of being misdiagnosed elsewhere. The doctors listen to concerns and treat patients with compassion, kindness, and great care. They are also practical, ensuring medications are in stock at a patient's pharmacy. The entire team is professional, friendly, organized, and outstanding. Staff members handle tasks like prescription refills promptly. While one patient experienced a scheduling issue at reception, the situation was resolved professionally and the problem was solved. The practice has multiple locations, including in Bluffton and Port Royal. Patients highly recommend the professional care provided by the whole team at Coastal Neurology and express comfort with returning to the office.
Dr Mazzeo is an excellent neurologist. He is knowledgeable and pleasant. He knew what medication would help my condition and made sure that the pharmacy I use had it in stock. I would feel comfortable using that office again.
Dr. Mazeo has been treating me for over 7 years. Sometimes you have to wait, but he is extremely thorough and probably the best diagnostic clinician I have ever seen. Spends a lot of time with each patient. He is also very current on neurologic literature.

I have been a patient of Tiffany Rossi's. She seems to be fine and knows what she is talking about but the front office at the Okatie location is terrible. I was referred out to another medical specialist and was never contacted. I was never given the information to who I was being referred or their contact information so I never really knew if they followed through or not. I called their office and had to leave a voice mail. Still no call back. Drove to their office only to find them sitting around the front desk not looking that busy. One person in the waiting area Poor customer service.
