I have had a fantastic experience with Dr. Webster and all the staff at Beaufort Eye Center. They are extremely professional experts who are caring and accessible as well. I am very grateful to have been treated by Dr. Webster and this group ( and the Beaufort Memorial Hospital anesthesia and surgical teams ) and to be able to see after cataract surgery!

I recently had the occasion to need to see an eye doctor while vacationing in South Carolina. All of a sudden, a large floater appeared (different than I had ever experienced. I was concerned because this was in the same eye in which I receive injections for Wet AMD. I saw Dr Alex Johnson and he performed a dilated exam, and he immediately put me at ease. He shared exactly what he saw, very patiently answered all of my many questions, and told me what to do should things change. I cannot recommend Dr Johnson enough; his manner and knowledge were very comforting. I wish I lived closer and could switch to him for an eye doctor! Many thanks, Dr... read full review

Dr Webster did a laser procedure to remove scar tissue that had formed over my replaced lens. It was fast and extremely effective. Such an easy doctor to work with. Would highly recommend!
