Daisy is usually very wary of people and doesn’t always do well with strangers, but Robin, the technician who cared for her, was absolutely amazing. She was patient, kind, and handled Daisy so well, which made the situation much easier. The staff is always incredibly polite and welcoming—every visit feels like we’re walking into a place where everyone knows and remembers us. Bonus points for being cost-friendly, because my pets somehow think money grows on trees.
