Mrs Langston ask how can I help you I said yes I had appointment for 2 baby kittens to have them put to sleep she gave me to papers to fill out I put names on the papers on both of them I said I 'm sorry I messed your papers up she said that's OK she had so much patience with me and then I tried 4 times to put my debit card in I kept putting the wrong number in she knew I was in bad shape. I said I 'm sorry she said that's ok.She ask me do you want to go back with them I said no she said I understand I went to give her the the babies to her I looked down at them for the last time and told them I loved them she said I 'm so sorry for your loss I said thank you with tears...read full review

Amazing people! When we had to send our 15 year old puggle "Clyde" over the rainbow bridge, Dr. Langston made everything easy on me and my husband but most importantly, he made sure Clyde wasn't stressed out in any way and let him go very peacefully and was very sympathetic. He also did all of this right as they were closing for the day. He answered every question we had and NEVER made us feel rushed. So grateful he has a kind heart and makes it all about the animals!!!

we have an aggressive dog when he's scared and sees new people. he has to be muzzled and taken straight back to a room. Dr. langston has had a hard time with him but he saw him today and was able to pet him and diagnose him quickly and our dog didn't even growl. I think he is getting used to him. so a big thank you to Dr. langston for always seeing our big boy Paco!!
