The waiting area is comfy, resembling a conversation pit. There's also a boutique with cute items. One client experienced "hair magic" from a stylist specializing in blonde hair, transforming their look and making them feel beautiful. The salon is noted for its sweet southern vibes, similar to "Steel Magnolias," and a close group of girls who make everyone feel welcomed.
Kristen is an AMAZING hairdresser! She has colored my hair for over 8 years and has always done my hair to perfection! I just got my hair recolored (back to red) and the salon is such a wonderful atmosphere and had the best talent around! I have only but the best things to say for this Salon!! ❤
I’ve been going to Tristan at Salon 81 for about three years now and she has completely transformed the health of my hair (and my confidence). Tristan is an exceptional blonde specialist. My hair is stronger, healthier, and growing longer than it ever has before which says everything about the care and expertise she brings to every appointment.

Salon 81 was super easy to find with zero confusion, zero drama.
Funky Gemz by Deja is the best. Her work is flawless, she’s professional, and she runs her business with clear standards and expectations (which I actually appreciate). When someone takes their craft seriously, it shows.
If you show up prepared, you’ll leave obsessed.
Highly recommend.
