I recently contacted Pye-Barker to handle an inspection failure for my parents' business and had a fantastic experience. Despite having many 'obvious' questions, the staff was patient, knowledgeable, and never condescending—both over the phone and in person.
I was able to get one extinguisher certified and purchased a new one at a very fair price. I especially appreciated their honesty in letting me know I could save on service charges by bringing the units into the office myself. It’s rare to find such reliable and kind service for a niche need, but I’m glad I now have a go-to spot for our annual inspections and tagging.

Brian from Pye Barker was an absolute life saver. Our inspection moved up a few days, so we called Brian in a panic and he was able to shift his schedule around to fit in our schedule. He was able to get his portion set up quickly for inspection and even help troubleshoot some other areas of our hood before the fire marshall arrived and completely saved the day. As a small business owner it is rare to find people that care about their job as much as I do, but Brian is one of those unique people. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and we were able to pass inspection on the first attempt. Truly can’t thank him enough.
