So far this company has been super easy to work with. We viewed a handful of their rentals and finally found one that suited our needs. It was super easy to apply. Once we were approved the next steps, payments/lease signing, were super easy as well.We had to put in a repair request, which was also easy, on the online tenant portal and someone has already been assigned to fix the issue. Super pleased with this management company so far.

Everyone at magnolia property management has been very helpful getting me settled into my new rental. Lauren was patient, answering all my questions. The young lady at the office who processed my application was the definition of friendly. Finally, Kevin who came to do my repairs went above and beyond to resolve any concerns I had. Magnolia property management is an excellent team I would recommend to anyone!
