Service request was answered the very next day. Technician quickly evaluated the issue and the proposed solutions. We elected the repair in lieu of a replacement. Parts and services completed as scheduled and the system has operated perfectly.
I would highly recommend Home Service Nerds HVAC to anyone. They are technology based in resolving the issues, not the typical replace a part and see that works.
Fast, efficient, honest work by these guys. Called them yesterday evening and they were here first thing this morning. Had a new HVAC system installed just months ago by a different company, who left the 17-year-old motherboard and dampers in place while installing the new unit. And of course, now those things need to be replaced. Zach came in and gave an honest appraisal of what needed to be done, and he was able to get the parts and get it done by lunch time. Extremely satisfied with my entire interaction with Zach and his company. I only wish we had used them for the bigger job months ago.
