I’ve been very happy with Carolina heating service. Lucas was very knowledgeable in diagnosing my heat pump problem. He was very personable and professional. I was surprised at how fast he diagnosed and fixed the problem. Carolina heating installed the Trane system and duct work 15 years ago and it has always worked well. Actually this is the first time it has broke down. The fan and capacitor burn out after 15 years. Amazing it lasted that long . Lucas is a great Tech for Carolina Heating. ?
On an extremely hot Friday evening our AC stopped working. Carolina Heating Service was highly recommended by NearU Services, so we called the call center. Within 15 minutes your dispatcher center called and assigned a technician. The Technician called and said he would be at our home within 30 minutes - and he was. He was kind, worked quickly to get us cool air blowing again but would need a part to fully fix the unit. He kept us updated during the repair process. We were truly impressed at how fast and efficient the process was. We are still waiting to hear from another company we had called…. Out of no where my 1 year old A/C system (installed by another company) completely frozen up in 95° outdoor temperatures. Blake from Carolina Heating & Air was here within two hours and started to troubleshoot the system. He was extremely thorough and explained clearly what he was doing every step of the way. He found a few issues with the system from the original installation company. Wires not properly secured to the control board that caused the blower fan to run at half speed which led to the system running for 14-19hrs per day on average to hold the set temperature.
