I have been struggling with my contacts for a couple years now and the doctor found me a new brand that has worked extremely well for me. It took me two other doctors to finally find one that had enough time for me and actually listened. Robert did an amazing job helping me find a nice pair of glasses that I now love and enjoy wearing. A wonderful experience all the way around. The front desk person was welcoming and knowledgeable. She answered questions about insurance and had prepared everything before I even got there. Dr. urban was professional and was able to figure out and explain why I had been having problems with my previous glasses. The optician was amazing! She was very good at finding glasses that fit my style and needs. Even though we tried about 6 frames, I ended up loving the first one she picked the best. Everyone was more than pleasant to be around. The whole environment was delightful.
