Did I mention this one hour glorious treatment was all done while I laid on a massage bed that kneaded all the stressed muscles to mush? It was AMAZING! Stress is a killer, and certainly has taken years off my life. None of us is promised tomorrow, but I was reminded today how far I had gotten away from what I preach to others.
