I've been attending Butterfly Wellness yoga since 2018, before they opened their official doors the following year. Kit and her team are built for what they do. You will always receive a warm welcome from Kit and Abby. I recently attended a yoga class led by Karsen, who was so personable and I loved that the class started with her asking how we were feeling in our bodies. I met Lizza, Kayla and Angela in passing and love that they're so passionate about what they do for the studio. I scheduled my first Vibrational Reflexology session with Shana and it was such a cool experience, you have to see for yourself.

Butterfly Wellness just opened up in their new location. Great atmosphere to practice yoga in. Kit and crew offer a wide range of yoga practices.You will find something that speaks to you. Wellness services are some of the best offered in town. I'd highly recommend anyone needing some relief or healing to reach out and see what they have to offer.
Today I had the best deep tissue upper body message by the amazing Lizza. She was kind and professional and we became fast friends. She talked me through it all and made me feel comfortable. I feel incredible thanks to her.
