I moved into a home recently that was built just 3 years ago by GSH. I was not the original homeowner thus didn't have access to the home warranty information. I decided to reach out for help regarding an issue that resulted from poor grading on the property. I was willing to pay to have the professionals come out and quote a repair. I know that grading and erosion are seldom covered in a home warranty so I asked if an evaluator could come out to help me decide what can be done. However, I received an extremely rude email in return citing "how clearly" what I was asking for was NOT covered under warranty and they would not be helping me in any way. So I'm not going to be doing any business with them since they're so insistent that I am "no longer their problem". The house, itself is solidly built, so they get 2 stars for that. But the lack of professionalism in how they respond to inquiry leaves much to be desired from a customer service standpoint.Services: General repairs & maintenance
