Full reno - 6 months & on timeWe hired Smith & Webb to transform a new to us ranch that was needing a full overhaul. Jarrett was easy to work with, we provided input & ideas and he would almost always come back with a least 3 drawing options. Which would usually lead to a couple of tweaks and additional drawings. The flexibility during the process of design was key for us. Their foreman, Mark, who oversaw the "day-to-day" work was fantastic. Coordinating, demo, framers, electricians, plumbers, tile work, flooring, painters, roofers, door installers and finish work is no easy task. Our house is a 1910 house in Augusta Road area of Greenville that was renovated 3 years ago including adding an addition. Jarrett and Brad did a great job on the renovation by helping choose and install materials that maintained the integrity of the house's original craftsman design. It is seamless walking from new construction to original house. They updated electrical systems and heating and air which transformed the house for modern living. The quality of the workmanship has held up and we couldn't be happier with the results. I would recommend their services.

Our job was special .... they totally transformed a Colonial style home on the outside to a modern contemporary home on the inside... all guests absolutely love it.. the landscaping job was a huge one (front and back) with retaining walls , borders, irrigation and planting.The outside lighting at night looks fabulous. The final touch.... a large roaring Tiger sitting atop the driveway... GO TIGERS !I WOULD CALL THEM AGAIN FOR ANY WORK I NEEDED DONE, and I highly recommend Brad and Jarrett to build or remodel your next home.Charles Barker
