If I could give this owner less than a 1 star review I would. When it comes to building houses he has to be one of the biggest cons in the business. I wish I knew how the board allowed him to take his test. His communication is horrible. He’s never on the job site. He’s not knowledgeable of the codes and if the building codes people will let it slide or overlook it, he will refuse to repair it. I haven’t spoken with anyone or seen any good reviews when it comes to their house being built. Our valley rafter was BROKE in half and the framing crew nailed it back together and never changed it. The blocking for our foundation had huge gaps in it some over 2 inches...read full review

Please whatever you do …doNot let the owner of this company build your home. We had a 1 year service warranty on our home. We have messaged him over 50 times to get the water damage on our door fixed, he half fixed it and is stillLeaking. Also our cabinet was never installed correctly in our kitchen and the molding fell off that was also never fixed! Do yourself a favor and find a more reputable contractor to build your home

Horrible, nasty, terrible place. The people were rude and avoided calls for months at a time. Floor was installed incorrectly 6 months ago and still has not been fixed. Do not recommend.
