I have worked with this company for over 25 years and I never cease to be impressed! In these days and times it is very unusual to find a company like this. They are professional, quick to respond, fairly priced, and so very good at what they do! I have also worked with other companies, and while I am not here to bash those companies, Rite Temp has far exceeded my expectations!! Their emergency response team is friendly, fairly priced and very knowledgeable! Replacing a unit is very expensive and unsettling if it comes at the worst time. (is there ever a good time?!?). Thankfully that is not their first response, but their last resort. They have saved me so much money with their professionalism and integrity. This is the only company that I have found that doesn’t pay their technicians Based on commissions by upselling and overselling customers. #CustomerForLife
