Resilient Roofing and Repair saved me from getting completely ripped off. I had a leak and got quotes from two other companies. Both wanted to replace a section of flashing, and one of them also wanted to tear off and replace all the shingles underneath it. The quotes were outrageous.
Resilient came out and took a completely different, honest approach. They explained that the aluminum flashing itself was still in good shape — the real problem was the old nails. They replaced them with proper neoprene washer nails (the kind with the built-in rubber gaskets that seal the holes and help keep everything secure) and then carefully applied sealant under... read full review

Edited 5/12/2026 We used Michael again on a roof leak at the vent area on the back of the house. As before, he was punctual, charged us a very reasonable price and repaired it when he came out. I would highly recommend Resilient Roofing and Michael. Another 5 star review from us!
January 2020 A few weeks ago I had Michael come out to give me a quote for a minor repair job on my roof. He was punctual, gave me what I considered a very reasonable quote and was able to repair it the day he came to give me the quote (which was a Sunday).
