We run a dog rescue and yesterday the air conditioner went out in our home. The first person I called said they would be out by noon. They never showed up or called back and at 4:30 I was desperate. I had a house full of dogs that were so hot and panting, even with every fan I own blowing on them. We were pretty sure the problem was our thermostat and we had a new one ready to be installed. In desperation I started calling to see if i could find anyone to come out to see what the problem was. Steven came out within the hour to fix my in-laws AC. He was professional, affordable, kind, and quick. His price was more than fair especially when he came out after 9pm. My in-laws are older and we live 90 minutes away. He really helped us out. We definitely would recommend using P & W. He is who we are calling in the future.

We called Steven at P&W HVAC Services and he was here within one hour. He is excellent, tells you up front what to expect, and he was here less than half a hour with our AC system up and running. We highly recommend Steven for the great service and awesome personality. We will definitely use P&W again in the future for any of our AC needs.
