I called them to get a quote for getting a sewage tank pumped. Kelly answered,and she was very helpful and friendly. There price was very reasonable and better than 3 others I called. She then told me they could come the day I wanted and time, which was excellent! She also stated the driver would call when they were on the way. Everything she said they would do, happened! Mr. Leon called 30 mins. before arriving. They were punctual and Mr. Leon and his partner were very friendly. They worked fast, and gave me some helpful information about my situation. Complete Septic did a tank and well installation for me. I was still living out of state so a bit uneasy, but the Sharpe's were very responsive and Kellie took care to make sure I knew what was happening at every step. They gave me a great turnaround time! Everyone I dealt with was very professional. Even after I messed up and missed the numerous phone calls and text saying they were on the way they were still able to reschedule me within 24 hours.Mike and Jason were able to maneuver my crazy driveway and septic access. I was very worried there would be an issue buy they looked at everything and came up with a game plan that worked out flawlessly.Thank you all for your professionalism.
