We recently got new package unit for the downstairs of our house. Everyone we dealt with at the business was professional, friendly, and caring. The salesman, Lewis, was knowledgeable about all aspects of HVAC because he had worked in many different areas of the business. The two installers, Justin and Kyle, were super. They worked tirelessly for three days (new duct work, too) and left no mess behind. So far I am very pleased and hope service in the future is as smooth.
Just wanted to say how much I appreciate the honesty and customer care I received from Brian's Heating and Cooling. They honored a warranty and provided excellent service to me in a difficult situation. I have been with them for many years and plan to stay with them for many more!
