All the classes I have attended are top notch!
However, any water aerobic/tabata classes the instructor really needs a microphone! There are sometimes 25 people in the pool and it is very difficult to follow the moves because you just cannot hear.
All land classes instructors use them.

A decent Imodium sized YMCA. Gym facilities are good with a nice variety of machines and free weights. Only one smith machine that I saw. If you’re an out of owner be aware that this Y is not part of the nationwide agreement, so your Y membership doesn’t get you access. You’ll need to pay a day rate.
This location has members of all ages. My favorite thing to see is how the staff looks out for the older generation who needs assistance with training, equipment, etc. you can tell it’s part of the culture. Shout out to this staff. Great place to workout and exercise.
