Lack of communication, install went well however trying to get dead warranty plants replaced took multiple calls and text, our rain gaurd we purchased found out was not working 4 months later because all parts not installed, now 21 months later still trying to get owner Mark to remove palm tree braces his materials to which he replied its not a warranty its a favor .They are his strappings, and braces he told us he would remove to use on future sites. They are still here!
