The installation crew under on-site supervisor Israel, were punctual, respectful, and did an outstanding job with both workmanship and cleanup. Our new roof looks fantastic, and we truly appreciate the company standing behind their product and honoring the warranty with such excellent service. Highly recommend.

First, I want to thank butler roofing for answering the phone and having a live person on the other end who let me know Jamie would call me and schedule a time to exam our roof. Second, for Jamie calling and coming out to give me an estimate. After examining the roof, he found a couple areas where the water was leaking thru. Since he was already there with the equipment he decided to do the minor repair work right then and then did not charge me for it. Jamie Summers spent time with us explaining products and colors and left samples for us to look at in different areas and lighting. Work was done according to schedule, and they left our home in neat condition. Especially love the magnets they use, we never worried about nails with our pets/children visiting! He is detailed and follows up promptly. Sammy and Havier and their crews made it happen just like Brian had said they would. These folks did a great job and they know how to clean up when finished too. Excellent !

OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!When we purchased our home we knew we needed a new roof fairly soon and we started researching all the companies in the area and personally met with more than 5.Butler was the best! Great service, responsive and flexible to meet our needs. We like using local businesses and Traci and her whole team (Brian, Sam, Earl and Javier and crew) delivered on all fronts! Traci (the owner) personally came out to check on the skylights, remeasure twice and was also present for the beginning of the installation.With a dozen skylights being replaced and a very large roof footprint, the team worked seamlessly to expertly finish the job, including a great clean-up! The follow-up from Brian was outstanding, coming back to the house, reviewing photos to make sure everything was put back just how they found it.With hurricane season just around the corner and a bad storm last night, we slept much better with our new roof installed.You can't go wrong using Butler for your roofing needs!!Services: Skylight installation
