When grieving and having to make hard decisions, there is nothing like a warm smile and great customer service on the hard days. We went to The Garden Gate Florists on Tuesday needing flowers to be delivered that Thursday for our mom/grandmother's service. Mrs. Joy was most helpful as we picked out the arrangements. She then showed me around the shop which allowed me to call back and order another plant, knowing what I would be getting.
