Ms Crystal at Southern has been great about notifying customers about all of the new benefits and hardship options. Especially since a lot of other companies don't offer any. They're easy to work with when you're in a pickle.
I love this place the staff are always helpful they dont hound you if you call them if you are going to be late they have many ways to pay and they are sweet as can be I literally had bad credit when I started and I got a loan with a low monthly payment and with their help my credit score went from below 450 to above 600 in no time I always ask for Crystal when I call or come into the office she is so down to earth easy to talk to and friendly she goes above and beyond to get you just what you need and she don't take forever to do it Shante is really nice too sweet girl
Went in to talk debt consolation..Spoke with Stacey who was very friendly and attentive..As was Crystal.. They listened to me and explained the products very well..They are all very friendly in there Your greeted as soon as you walk in the door. Will recommend there services to anyone
