My review is a little late, but I could not neglect to acknowledge the ease in receiving my loan and the patience Regional provided! I had to apply twice, due to me not being able to make it to Regional in a timely manner, but they were more than willing to go through the process to get me approved again. I worked first with Virgil and then with Andrea. They were both great! I also ran very close to closing time because of traveling, but Andrea had already sent me documents to upload my information and was all set for me once I arrived. The process went smoothly, and I was out of there in no time! I would definitely do business with Regional on the Columbia Road again!...read full review
