This was my first time having my taxes prepared at L&R Tax Services from the moment I entered the door I was greeted very pleasantly by the front counter receptionist and offered water as she explained the process of having my taxes prepared with them as she made copies of my documents then when Ms. Ronnise was ready for me I was also greeted very pleasantly by her and enjoyed small talk as she explained step by step what she was doing at her computer in reference to preparing my taxes the office is clean and smelled nice the atmosphere is very pleasant yet professional and I will be going back next year!!
