I used to love coming to charming nails but after this I will not be going back.My nails haven’t been done a week yet and here I am missing four nails and two more that is cracked.I understand that you want to take care of every customer that walks through the door but don’t get them in your chair and rush on their hands and here comes not less than 24hrs later a nail just pops off.Tommie wife rushed on my nails so bad to the point I don’t want to get my nails done anymore!!!!As a business that has been around for a long time is and supposed to do better by the people that keeps them in business

Went because I usually get quick pedicures after work from this establishment. There are usually two very pleasant gentlemen who are more than happy to provide services. However, on today (11/22) I walked in spoke to the woman and she acted as if she did not hear me. I brushed it off as she very coldly asked me “what I wanted” . I explained that I only wanted a color change on two of my nails. She then coldly stared at me….. she then told me to sit, all with an attitude …,. I paid $60 for fill - in and gel toe polish. My nails are horrible. Please dont spend your money in this salon, you will regret it. My nails were done by an elderly gentleman. My nails arent fully polished and uneven. Charming Nails your service sucks.Please Dont Spend Your Money At This Salon.They need better training because it seems as if they dont knw how to do nails.Services: Pedicures
