Pioter, our window installer, was the most conscientious, hard working craftsman we have ever had working in our home. He is a perfectionist who will not accept anything except 100% right. He also is a very hard worker, only taking about 20 minutes for lunch, otherwise working continuously for eight hours. Also, his supervisor Doug stopped by several times during the day to check on progress as well as to ensure Pioter had everything he needed. We had 26 windows installed and couldn’t be happier with with the results.

My initial contact with Windows & Doors LLC was a phone inquiry with Shelly in which I discussed my needs regarding sliding door replacement. My contact information was provided at that time and a return phone call from Matthew was received the same day. An on-site visit was scheduled for the following day with Matthew to measure and discuss best options. Mathew took his time, listening to what I wanted and provided options for replacement doors. A very competitive quote was received the next day which I accepted.

We can’t say enough about the entire process with Matt and his crew. We contracted with Matt to enclose our existing patio with glass so that we could enjoy a 3-season room, and they exceeded our expectations. Their workmanship is quality, Matt or Sandi responded to my emails and calls promptly and answered our questions, responded to concerns, and they were like that from the beginning when we were quoted to the very end. Chris was our installer, and his workmanship is impeccable; he took such pride in his work. He was happy if we were!
