Called and they came out around 1:00 pm. On Dec 22 and Unit was bad. Called back and said they could put me a unit in on Dec 24 and they were here at around 8::00 am. Great job installing my new unit and left around 2:00. Unit up and running,did a great job.

We had another great experience with Warren Hayes Mechanical! Our HVAC unit suddenly stopped working on a hot and humid Sunday, and they responded incredibly fast—within an hour of our call. Eric and his team arrived promptly, were respectful, friendly, and got right to work.
They performed a thorough diagnostic and quickly identified the issue: a clogged drain line. They cleared it efficiently and even went the extra mile by checking our ductwork in the attic—on an extremely uncomfortable day weather-wise. Their professionalism and dedication truly stood out.

My air conditioner stopped working on July 4th weekend. I called Warren-Hay on Monday morning and the manager came out within an hour or so. He called and told me the problem and had it back up and running immediately. Everyone I spoke to was very kind, courteous and professional. Their fees were very reasonable. They will definitely be my go to people for all my HVAC needs in the North Myrtle Beach area!
