We needed a leaking hot water heater replaced quickly. Called and a human answered the phone! Tech showed up on time who also turned out to be the owner. They worked quickly. No mess. Friendly. Highly recommend.

This is the easiest and most friendly of all tradesman I have ever dealt with. Not only is he fair, but thorough and punctual.Mike the owner is also helpful in planning and facilitating all types of plumbing projects. We have used his services for ten years, and have never needed a callback for any of his work. Watershed Plumbing was recommended to me by my condo checker in N. Myrtle Beach, SC. They gave me a fair price to remove and replace my hot water heater as opposed to 3 other companies that were grossly over-priced. They also replaced my garbage disposal while they were there, because they had one in their service vehicle. I have also had them replace the main water shut off valve, and a troublesome tee trap drip valve that was within the wall of my closet. They were able to co-ordinate with my condo checker when he could be there to let them in or out.
