Shaun and Jason were awsome. They arrived 1/2 hour earlier . They were so polite and explained things throughly. This is only company I will use in the future also . The woman who took my call for service was very helpful also and booked it immediately.
Called for emergency water heater service due to a leak. Technician Mike arrived the next day, on time and less than 24 hours after I called. I was surprised to get next day service. Mike laid down plastic to protect our flooring and carpet. He had the new water heater installed and working in about 2.5 hours. He left the work area very clean and removed all the old equipment and materials. Extremely satisfied with the service. I will be using Four Star for all my plumbing repairs.Service: Water heater installation
We needed a new water heater. The technician that came out (forgot his name) was a pleasant guy, very easy to talk to and answered all my questions. I did this type of work when I was a younger man and in my opinion this gentleman did an outstanding job. He is just one of the reasons I use your company.Services: Water heater installation
