“updated: A year later, my clothes were found and sent to me.I used this business when I was on vacation last month. I dropped off shirts and pants. When I returned on the pickup date only the shirts were ready. I explained I was leaving the next morning and needed those pants. They said they might come in later that day and they would call. They never called. Now that the pants are finally ready they want me to pay the shipping on it. Horrible business policy. And robots who say "that's not their policy", who work the phones.
