updated: A year later, my clothes were found and sent to me.I used this business when I was on vacation last month. I dropped off shirts and pants. When I returned on the pickup date only the shirts were ready. I explained I was leaving the next morning and needed those pants. They said they might come in later that day and they would call. They never called. Now that the pants are finally ready they want me to pay the shipping on it. Horrible business policy. And robots who say "that's not their policy", who work the phones. This was my first time using Lapels in North Myrtle Beach. I was a bit surprised that it would take a week for my husband’s suit to be cleaned. I wasn’t in a hurry so I said okay. When I went to pick it up on the due date, Joy, who works the front desk, called the store where the cleaning was to actually be done and was told they had not started the suit. So I said no worries I’ll come back in a day or two. Went back to pick it up and it still wasn’t ready and they could not locate the jacket. It was a good experience! The one concern is that they should have left a voice message. I do not answer numbers I do not recognize therefore I didn’t know my alterations were ready.Service: Alterations
