We had an emergency AC issue over the weekend, and North Myrtle Beach Heating and Air came through for us in the best way possible! They arrived ASAP after we called and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. The technician was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. Truly the best customer service we’ve experienced—especially during a stressful situation. So thankful for their fast response and excellent work. Highly recommend!
Our AC stopped working in the middle of a busy day at our retail business, and we called North Myrtle Beach Heat & Air. They came out within an hour on a Friday late afternoon, quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced our thermostat, and also found a clogged drain line with water in the evaporator pan. They cleaned everything out and had our air running again within two hours of our call. We are so grateful for the quick response and great service. Thank you for saving the day!
