The massage with Ashley was a delight for my husband. Everything after that was a nightmare! They were having computer issues and after I made my payment in store, they were unable to provide a receipt. I pulled up my credit card pending transactions to show it went through and thought it was the end of it. While on vacation, I received a call from a staff member stating my card didn't go through and wanted another form of payment over the phone, I declined saying it is showing pending still, I also received an email asking me to show proof. I replied that I was not comfortable sending this and offered to come into the store to show them, no reply. The next day, I received another call from a staff member saying he saw the email and to disregard that request. I get home from vacation and now get a call from the manager Donna stating she still isn't showing the transaction went through, I advised her that until the pending status goes away, I would not allow them to charge me again. After the transaction posted to my account, I called back and notified Donna, she was still not showing it posted to massage service, I then sent an email showing my proof of payment for that date of service. I've never experienced this level of service in all my years; this was the most unorganized business I've ever encountered. I don't know if there was some sort of theft going on at this location, but we will never visit again, and I would not recommend to anyone.

Kayleigh the receptionist was very friendly and professional. I enjoyed meeting her. Ojaria was my massuse and she was wonderful. Very sweet and kind, worked hard on my aches and pains spots. She was so great, I scheduled two more massages with her for my return visits to the beach in June. I was greeted warmly and treated kindly. Left feeling relaxed and valued as a client. Good job you lovely ladies. Thank you so much.

If I could give zero stars I would. Called 6 days prior to my appointment only to be called 40 minutes before the appointment..to cancel. if you don't valve your time this is the place!!! Called and explained what happened and they asked me what do you want us to do. Start by not wasting time with these non- professional people needless to say completely dissatisfied. Steer clear of this place

Pushy and salesy. Kind of negated the whole point of relaxing. My masseuse, Patricia, was good. If you can stomach the front desk experience, it’s not bad, but the pricing is misleading and super overpriced for what you get. My 60 minute session was maybe 45 minutes long. You will certainly enjoy a boutique or local business experience much more for the money.

Highly recommend this location. Unfortunately I had to switch locations after moving. Donna, one of the managers is so nice and helpful. She called me to make sure that I my location swap was a success. I could not be more thankful. I'm definitely going back in if I'm ever in the area.

Tho the therapist was outstanding. The franchise constantly cancels right before scheduled appt. Very unprofessional
