The staff is great in helping with any questions and was wonderful even when I returned 12 of the 44 boxes within the 90 days allowed. We decided not to remove the Hardwood in living room as this floor matched perfect. I would purchase from them again.

We are buying a new home, and stopped here to check out flooring options. Rachel was very helpful and showed us lots of good options. She also gave us samples so we could consider our choices. Very nice store and employee!

Wonderful experience start to finish and beyond. We worked primarily with Rachel to purchase flooring and arrange installation with one of their vendors. The install team was very highly skilled, professional and friendly. They worked hard to finish the job in one day (1,400 SF condo), and took care of many tasks that we were worried about since we were not on site (moving furniture, putting it back, etc.). Rachel was extremely helpful with our questions and guided us through the process. We bought extras of most supplies to have on hand, and returning the surplus was a simple affair.
