I had my hair cut from someone new to me—Abby. She gave me a great haircut using the notes from before. Very pleased with the haircut she gave me. While I know I can’t request a particular stylist, I would be very happy for her to cut my hair again.
My regular stylist ended up being overbooked so I popped in for a quick hair cut. Lilly did a great job.
My only complaint is I'm not able to request who I want to ask for to cut my hair.
Based on this I will never be a regular customer. I will only use them when I'm in a pinch.
I went in for a haircut, wash, and dry. The stylist barely wet my hair, barely washed it and did not condition it. I asked if she did condition it and she said of course I did , I wouldn't wash it and not condition it. She couldn't get the comb through my hair so she went and got conditioner spray. I can't complain about the haircut, she did good on that. She also only dried my hair for maybe 20 seconds and I left with wet hair.
