Used the same stylist multiple times. I have short hair that shouldn't take more than 15-20 minutes to cut. My stylist would stop cutting my hair several times to answer the phone, schedule an appointment while I sat there. In the two years I've lived in SC and the amount of times I've been here...My stylist called out just about half the times I was scheduled. I go to a new place, clean, pleasant with a person that attends to the phone so the stylists can do their job. Won't be back.Service: Haircut

Took my 5 year old grandson here for a haircut and the stylist chopped up his hair around his ears. Then, we we're charged $16 instead of the $12 advertised on the website. His father was furious. Won't be returning.

OMG Rachel is so precious. I just moved here and was so worried I'd never find a hairstylist. I can't say enough about how she suggested a new idea (highlights) she was so caring with my special needs daughter and you can tell she loves her job.
