I can't give a 5 because I paid for 3 special pedicures and 3 S&S. The other 2 were not as good as mine with either service. Daughters nails were not smooth and granddaughter 's were messy.
The facility is very nice and clean.
I was not aware of upcharge for using
Credit card. Wasn't pleased with that. Will carry cash next time. But a lot of businesses are going to that.
The salon is beautiful. The girl upfront at the desk with the curly hair is also super sweet. I do not appreciate that the techs always try to up-sale you when you are very clear about what it is you would like done. A 5 year old does not need a gel manicure just because it will last longer. Be respectful of you customers wishes please. You may not make a large sale but if you are less pushy they will return rather than loosing the customer all together.
Very impressed with the care taken during my manicure for my daughter’s wedding. Gel nail polish still holding up well~no chips! Cuticles trimmed effortlessly. Will definitely refer others and looking forward to coming again in the furure!
