This is a shout out for Jeramiah and the Zoom Drain team. We have used Zoom drain a couple times with Jeramiah as our technician. He was always up front and very professional- always telling us what the best solution to our drain issue would be. We decided to have the cracked root filled part of our pipe replaced. He ran into a few issues that required help from his team. They showed up and worked late into the evening to replace the pipe and waterline and the water valve. They stood by the original estimate. We were very happy and impressed with the work. Zoom Drain is the best—Thank you all again for the great work

Jeremiah saved the night! He came to my friend’s house last night at midnight after discovering a massive leak due to an inner pipe clog. He assessed the situation and handled it calmly. He could not have been any nicer. He was patient, hard working, and productive. This company was the only company in the Mount pleasant area who was able to come for an on call plumbing emergency. I had called over 10 other companies but no one else was as nice or even available. The advertising for this company is true. On call means they are there when you need them. Thankful for the quick response and immediate solution. 10/10.

I received excellent and very prompt service from Zoom Sewer and Drain. My sewer line was clogged which did not allow my toilets to flush, causing a backflow into the toilets. Not a fun problem when you can’t flush your toilets. I called Zoom at midnight, their answering service took my information. The next morning at 7:30 am I got a callback from Zoom saying they could come right away. Jeremiah, the service tech, solved the problem quickly and efficiently. I was very pleased and highly recommend their service. Thank you Zoom for your help !!!
