Urgent Care in North Charleston

“This Urgent care facility is the best place to go when you are in need!!!! I’ve been going here for 3 years & have been overly pleased every time!! 7/24 I saw Chelsie & she saved me, literally from a trip to the ER. I was sick!!! This visit, Shelby, was the Rick Star with all the things I needed to get back on my feet!!!
There is this “check in” nurse that cannot be beat!!! I’ve never had such an entertaining check in & she gives the best shots!!! Barely feel a thing!!! I’m a big baby!!! So, fill in the blanks ? Even the X-Ray lady is awesome!!! Everyone here is just over the top awesome ?
The reception ladies are the best also!!! This is the place with The Team!!! And now that I’m writing this…. I don’t want to share it, b/c if you guys find out, you will all start going here & it may soon become a challenge to get in!!! ???
