The staff takes the time to explain services and offers additional assistance as needed, building trust with patients. Customers highly recommend the location, praising the excellent customer service, knowledgeable staff, and personalized care. Patients have had positive experiences, describing the nurses, doctors, and assistants as friendly, professional, and compassionate. The staff's efforts to get patients in and out quickly while still providing quality care are also commended. One patient even shared their appreciation for the PA, Dr. Finch, who made them feel better and treated them with kindness.

I went on to get checked since Medcare on Rivers dismissed me told me to go home. The front desk lady was very nice and explained things to me. The triage nurse was just as friendly, listen and said well let's test you. The Dr came in and was so sweet, explained everything, ask me what the issue was and got me medicine the other please didnt. I'm so glad I got a 2nd opinion. My first stop next time will be Novant for sure. Thank you all.
Highly recommend the Rivers Avenue Location in Charleston, SC. Customer Service great, PA very knowledgeable, also got a personable call from the PA that saw my husband to see how he was feeling from the flu. His regular Dr. Has never even done that. What an excellent experience to take the time to take care of your patients!!! Kuddos!!!
