Top Tier is replacing 11 windows in our Duplex. Charlie, the installer is most professional and phenomenal at his job! I was blown away when he took down a “picture window” from 1970 with 36 panes of glass and didn’t break or even crack any of the glass. He also keeps his work spaces clean and organized! He had his Project Manager Cory come out as well to check the status of the job. Cory was knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions! I cannot say enough good things about this company! They do FANTASTIC work!
I got a few estimates a couple of months ago, and Barry from Top Tier came to give me the estimate. He was prompt, personable, and explained everything very well. Ultimately I selected Top Tier and Bailey was the project manager. A few hiccups but Bailey made sure I was happy at the end, and the siding, fascia & soffit work came out fabulous. Kelli, who I interacted with in the office, was super kind as well. All in all, everyone I interacted with was professional and a pleasure. I wouldn't hesitate to be a repeat customer in the future!
We had an issue with the exterior hardy board siding and trim with our newly installed slider and Top Tier and crew came out and repaired to better than new condition. Professional and quality work! Thank you team.
