I won't be going here again. Made an early appointment I got there early only got in the chair at 1 o clock and then charged more money for the original price of my hair and then my braid fell out the next day. Never going here again.

I have went to Tina's shop for a year now and I am now deciding not to come back. When you come into the shop they are not very eager to greet you. They dont wash hair and seem very unprofessional. They are SO rough with the blow dryer comb and they have ripped my hair from my scalp because they dont take their time with it. I have cried sitting in the chair and no one cares. That was my breaking point. Other than the horrible beginning of appointments. They do a great job with most styles and are very quick but the back braids have slipped out for me every time I went. Find literally any other shop and they will do better. Also weirdly priced and never consistent. Cash only.. in this day and age. Who has 200+ in cash. Very over priced for rough, unprofessional styling and then a bare minimum braid job. They also barely respond to any messages.

Tina is very nice! The other ladies that do hair in the shop are nice as well. They do use a product that I don’t like that is white and it makes white flakey looking stuff show in the hair after a few weeks that I didn’t like. They braid alittle tight for me. All of the ladies in the shop braiding skills are pretty good. Your hair will look nice. I just have one complaint and that is the prices are not consistent. Example:you will get a style one week and the price is 140 then a few weeks later when you call back to get the same exact style the price went up and now it is 200. What changed within the few weeks? I would like to make a suggestion: If you forget what you are charging you need to make a price list. If a client is getting this style the price is whatever then so on and so on. With that being said, I don’t understand the price change in a matter of weeks, but overall nice people.

I have been going to this location for years. I usually get sew-ins, crochet, or single braids. The prices are reasonable compared to salons and African braiding shops these days. I’ve seen people come in with a set budget and they were able to get serviced. You can talk to them about your wants and concerns. The workers here are always patient and caring. The owner recognizes me when I come in and I observed this with other people that were returning. During my last visit, I came in pregnant and they made sure I was comfortable. These efforts were reassuring and made me feel welcomed. Thank you Ms. Tina! See you soon.

The braider did my hair wrong I ask Tina to fix it she told the the person that braid my hair to fix and she still didn’t I ask Tina to have another lady in the shop to fix my hair she wouldn’t I had that style before but it was done by another braider and she did wonderful my braids were nice and full. And I have been going there for years but business is good she don’t care about the people that got her were she is now.

DO NOT GO TO THEM! They charged me $60 to braid my natural hair in cornrows like that’s a scam! NOT TRUST WORTHY AT ALL! SCAM! And braider was purposely being rough with my hair! Never going to another African braiding shop again

This is my number 1 braiding shop, for 1 they don't make you pay a deposit just too book an appointment,then they always start on time, Tina braids my hair. I came in to make a Wednesday appointment for next week but Tina ask if I wanted it done today, so I jumped on it. I was already having a bad day a work. So this treatment made me feel so relaxed. She always do a excellent job, the atmosphere is so nice and calm. The products she use are quality, I can feel them and smell them. I'm always a repeat satisfied customer. So yes I say go visit them.
